Welcome to the Feature & Follow
Increase Blog Followers, gain Book Blog Followers and make new friends with the Book Blogger Feature & Follow! If this is your first time here, welcome! You are about to make some new friends and gain new followers — but you have to know — the point of this hop is to follow other bloggers also. I follow you, you follow me.

The Feature & Follow is hosted by TWO hosts, Parajunkee of Parajunkee’s View and Alison of Alison Can Read. Each host will have their own Feature Blog and this way it’ll allow us to show off more new blogs!
How does this work? First you leave your name here on this post, (using the linky tools — keep scrolling!) then you create a post on your own blog that links back to this post (easiest way is to just grab the code under the #FF picture and put it in your post) and then you visit as many blogs as you can and tell them “hi” in their comments (on the post that has the #FF image). You follow them, they follow you. Win. Win. Just make sure to follow back if someone follows you!
What sets this Hop apart from others, is our Feature. Each week we will showcase a Featured Blogger, from all different genres and areas. Who is our Feature today? Find out below. Just remember it is required, if you participate, to follow our Features and you must follow the hosts (Parajunkee & Alison Can Read) as a courtesy. How do you follow someone? Well, if you have a preference, state it in your #FF post. A lot of blogs are transitioning to WordPress in which they do not have the luxury of GFC, so an RSS subscription is appreciated or if you choose an email subscription. If you don’t have GFC please state in your post how you would like to be followed.
All features are chosen randomly to be the feature. They are not chosen by content or name.
Our Feature Reach for the Stars…and the Books!
When did you start blogging?
I started blogging on June 7, 2011 after my best friend and I coaxed each other into starting our own book blogs.
What is your favorite part of book blogging?
My favorite part of book blogging is being able to share my bookish thoughts and opinions with an audience who can relate to and appreciate what I have to say.
What are your favorite books?
All-time favorites: The Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis, Harry Potter books by J.K. Rowling
Recent YA favorites: Divergent by Veronica Roth, The Girl of Fire and Thorns by Rae Carson
What has been the best thing that has happened to you because of book blogging?
I’ve met a number of people who have become some of my closest friends and I’ve also had the pleasure of personally speaking with multiple amazing authors due to my status as a book blogger.
Q: Books are turned into movies all the time! Turn it around. What movie would make a great book?

I always had a thing for that show because I can look out of my window and see Denver in the distance, so whenever I do that, it reminds me of Jericho when they see the bombs drop.
So Agree! Jericho would be good:)
I have always wanted to watch Jericho, I heard it was awesome.
LOST would make a good (and maybe confusing) book series.
Now that she’s said Jericho I’m going to have trouble thinking of my own answer. That was such a good show. Off to brainstorm now.
I have never seen Jericho but I remember hearing that it was pretty great.
Hopping through. yup. That’s exactly what happened. I’m a mind reader. I’ve never watched Jericho but my husband likes it.
My Hop
I definitely think Jericho could be a great post-apocolyptic book. I only watch a couple episodes, but I think the plot alone could carry a novel. Great choice!
Hope you have a great Thanksgiving!
Ninja Girl
Jericho is an awesome pick! I would love it to be a book
This is my first Feature Follow and i really enjoyed it!
Cassie
Fantastic choices!! I thought of a TV series too after seeing that you did!! Thanx for sharing!!

Jericho would definitely make a great read! I have just recently discovered the series and have been catching up on Netflix. It reminds me a bit of Stephen King.
Nice! Surprisingly this was a hard question to answer!
Here’s my Follow Friday
Have a GREAT weekend!

Samantha @ The Secret Life of a Bookworm
I don’t watch a lot of TV, so I haven’t seen Jericho…but it’s certainly the type of book I would read if it WERE a book.
You can find my Feature and Follow here
I haven’t seen this:( for shameee.
Here is my FF
Happy Friday! Great question this week, even if I had to choose a TV show rather than a movie
Old follower hopping through. Here’s my FF post for this week.
I haven’t seen that show yet but I’ve always wanted to. ^^
Here’s my FF!
Thanks for hosting again Rachel & for always featuring interesting questions! I’m off to visit & follow the featured blogs
I tried to link up this week, but linky is telling me my post is a duplicate link. I don’t see myself listed up there in the linky so I’m a little lost….so here it is: http://inkspotsandroses.blogspot.com/2012/11/feature-follow-4.html
Awesome question this week! I never watched Jericho, but I know the premise and it would make an awesome book
Jericho is a great choice! FF
Hi I am new and I like this blog hop. Hope I linked up right.
I loved Jericho..the main guy in that was a cutie.
Great Answer!
I haven’t seen that show but heard it’s awesome.
Old Follower: Marissa @ For The Love Of Film And Novels
I have Jericho on my netflix list, i think i may have to watch it.
My FF
Old follower….I chose dirty dancing and hope a real book about the story would have a different ending than the movie, but wonder if a book would be as good as the movie with all that great music!
I watched some of the first few episodes of Jericho and rather liked it. That has been quite a while now. I will have to look into it again. I agree that Red Dawn would make an excellent read but looking at the original movie and not the current remake that is due out soon.
Check out my FF
My bad still getting use to this darn html stuff…
Usually when my TV is on Spongebob is on so I have never seen Jericho (sad I know). But I have read a few other FF’s and I’m a bit jealous of everyone’s creativity
