Siege and Patient Zero were SO GOOD!!!! As was This is Not a Test! I didn’t love Call Me Irresistable… I didn’t NOT like it, but I would call it a FAV! My FAV from SEP has always been Ain’t She Sweet!
Hmmm.. Let’s see, I LOVED The Catastrophic History of Me & You, I just finished Pushing the Limits last night and it was HOLY CRAP amazing! Definitely Masque of the Red Death…
I’ll have to look into Pushing the LImits — I think Call Me was a fave this year because it was my first Contemp for like 5 years….and it won me a trip to RT
I haven’t read many of these books! I need to get on this! Have you read Ashfall yet? I just started reading it and i am hooked!
I read Ashfall last year — so YES a must read, but not in 2012 LOL
A great list of books! I just finished my “On the Island” review and I loved it just as much as you did
Patti read that one — and every time she gives a rave review I’m like I HAVE TO READ IT.
Wasn’t it awesome?!! I think the blurb turns too many people away from what is really a terrific story!
I loved Lothaire too! I had too put the book down to fan myself in spots, lol. Glad to hear you liked the Selection. I just purchased it and it was partly to see what all the drama was about surrounding the book.
Ha ha. Yes.
I think it’s great that Suzanne Johnson’s Royal Street is on your Urban Fantasy list. I really enjoyed it. I also like Ellen Connor’s Nightfall & Midnight.
Yes, I absolutely loved all those books.
I gotta agree with Dreamless and This is Not a Test. The Immortal Rules is just sitting on my shelf so hopefully I’ll be able to read it soon!
Read it! It was fab. Well, Julie Kagawa rocks though…
I’m listening to The Highlander’s Touch right now and really enjoying it but gracious the voice the narrator has given Lisa is whiny.
I have The Immortal Rules and Royal Street on top of my TBR – I’m going to read them soon, I swear
I’m happy to see On the Island on your list cause I just got it for review. The Immortal Rules was on my faves so far list too!
I loved On the Island – I hope you like it as much as I did!
